Dt. Hasan Ülgen was born in Istanbul in 1968 and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1993.
He held high-level positions for many years at the Okmeydanı Dental Hospital, including Chief Physician and Hospital Administrator.
During his career as Chief Physician, he raised awareness regarding pediatric dental health and the treatment of patients with intellectual disabilities.
Since 2019, he has been serving as the Chief Physician at the MossDental Clinic.

Dt. Hasan ÜLGEN: Chief Physician, Administrator, and Advocate
Dt. Hasan Ülgen was born in Istanbul in 1968 and is originally from Erzincan. After completing his high school education at Istanbul Eyüp Imam Hatip High School, he successfully graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1993.
Clinical and Administrative Career
Dt. Ülgen’s early career included working as a private dentist from 1996 to 2008. Simultaneously, in 1997, he began his tenure as a Clinical Dentist at the SSK Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, serving as a First Degree Signatory between 1999 and 2005.
He transitioned into high-level hospital administration, holding several key roles at the Okmeydanı Dental Hospital (ODH):
Assistant Chief Physician (2007–2008)
Chief Physician (2008–2012)
Hospital Administrator (2012–2015)
In 2015–2016, he served as the Founding Chief Physician at the Beylikdüzü Oral and Dental Health Center.
Focus on Social Awareness and Advocacy
Throughout his administrative career, Dt. Ülgen actively prioritized creating awareness regarding pediatric dental health, the treatment of patients with intellectual disabilities, and the provision of endodontic treatments. His efforts successfully garnered national media coverage for these important social issues.
Academic Contributions and Current Role
Dt. Ülgen is also dedicated to academic pursuits. He is the author of the academic publication:

Since 2019, Dt. Ülgen has joined the MosDent group, where he currently serves as the Chief Physician.
